Vol Doux
It means Soft Flight. This was taken in the late afternoon, just before twilight. It had finished raining and the sun was a wee bit feeble, shining through the fine mist rising from the river. There, swooping softly through the fog appeared a magical Blue Heron. It was gliding softly towards an easy landing on the dock. I was there and happened to have a camera. And now you’re there with us. Watching a moment in time of a Vol Doux.
